During the hypnotherapy itself, you’ll be guided into a comfortable, relaxed state — similar to the feeling just before you drift off to sleep. In that state, Ros uses carefully chosen language and imagery to help your mind adopt new perspectives and let go of what’s been holding you back.

Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes. Most clients notice a meaningful shift within 3–6 sessions, though this varies depending on the issue and the individual.

Frequently asked questions

Will I be unconscious or lose control?
No. You remain aware and in control throughout. You cannot be made to do or say anything you wouldn’t choose to in a normal waking state.

Is it suitable for everyone?
Hypnotherapy is generally safe and suitable for most adults. Ros will discuss your history in the first session and let you know if a different approach might serve you better.

How much does it cost?
