Before You Book
How long is a typical session?
Standard sessions are 50–60 minutes. Hypnotherapy sessions may run slightly longer. If you have a specific requirement, mention it in your booking notes.
Do you offer online counselling?
Yes. Ros offers secure video sessions for clients anywhere in Australia. Simply select "Online" when booking.
What is the fee per session?
Individual sessions are $120, couples counselling $150, and family therapy $180 per session. Pensioner and healthcare card discounts are available. Sessions are not currently covered under Medicare — some private health funds may provide a partial rebate.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes — please give at least 24 hours notice. You can reschedule directly via the confirmation email you receive after booking.
Why do I need to fill in the intake form?
The intake form helps your counsellor understand your background and what you're hoping to achieve before your first session, so your time together is more focused and effective.
I'm not sure what type of session I need. What should I do?
Call for a free 10-minute introductory call and Ros will guide you to the right session type for your situation.
