Tranquility Counselling Services provides Counselling/Psychotherapy/Hypnotherapy, and Life Coaching effectively and compassionately to allow individualised support to each client. Our Counsellors Psychotherapist is committed to helping others improve their mental wellbeing, overcome challenges, and live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. We work with children, adults, and families to work through a broad range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, anger, relationship difficulties, substance dependence, and trauma, sexuality issues/concerns.

I have been working with Ros for a few years now and was fortunate enough to be able to participate in her 6 Week Empowerment course. During this course I was surrounded by a group of wonderful women who were each on their own journey but were able to come together to support each other. Ros’ course allowed me to identify my goals, strengths, values and build confidence at a steady and comfortable pace. I would highly recommend investing in yourself and participating in the Empowerment Course because there is something to be learnt by everyone!

NLP Timeline Therapy
Who should attend the first appointment
As a general rule, couples therapy initial appointments are best attended by both partners. If the presenting problem is associated with a child or adolescent, a parent or carer will beinvited to attend.
Payment
We accept cash or bank transfer.
Fees
Individual Counselling $110 per session Family Therapy – $180 per hour session Couple Counselling – $130 per hour session Mental Health Assessment and report writing – $200 per hour
Do I need a referral
No, you do not need a referral.
How often will I have sessions
Generally, therapy involves sessions once a week to start with and as you progress with the therapy that can then go to fortnightly or longer depending on how intensive the treatment is. Then it is advised to follow up with maintenance sessions as you feel you need them. It is difficult to place an exact amount of session as each individual case is unique.
