Our services are not currently covered under Medicare. However, some private health funds do offer a partial rebate for counselling and psychotherapy — we recommend checking with your insurer. Pensioner and healthcare card discounts are available upon request.
Yes. All session types are the same price whether you attend in person at our Surfers Paradise practice or via secure online video. Online counselling is available to clients anywhere in Australia.
This varies for each person and situation. Some clients find significant progress in 4–6 sessions; others prefer ongoing support. Your counsellor will discuss a recommended approach with you after your first session — there's no lock-in or package requirement.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. You can reschedule via the confirmation email you receive after booking. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
