Treatment and Process
Tranquility Counselling can identify and support the person with the underlying trauma which is driving the phobia, post traumatic stress disorder or trauma underlying and driving other psychological problems like depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and addictions. By being creative and using the rewind techique ait is an opportunity for the client to tell their story and how it presents to them and then rewinding to created a different versions. Using hypnotherapy also very affective tool to support clients suffering with PTSD. Our counsellor will support the client how to handle challenging situaitons, and how to create their own methods of coping with underlying issues such as anxiety, depression and OCD.
